This 30 minute program is recommended for someone newly active or someone wanting a slower paced session with emphasis on securing full range of motion, mobility, and flexibility as well as reinforcement of basic movement patterns.  Self efficacy and conditioning for regular, more frequent exercise is built. Motivated Description

This 45 minute program is recommended for someone looking to define and learn how to stick to a regular fitness routine while toning up and keeping their body in shape.  This person will already know how to execute most basic movement patterns and can handle a gradual challenge in a variety of exercises.  Exercise engagement and consistency is built. This plan is offered weekly (once a week), bi-weekly (2 times a week), and triweekly (3 times a week).

Max Result Description

This 60 minute program is recommended for someone who has an ambitious or complex targeted fitness goal (ex. -bouncing back after pregnancy/C-section or significantly transforming physically or may like performing high intensity exercises as a main part of their program).  Most individuals will have the ability to perform basic movement patterns easily at low repetitions, but this is not mandatory and teaching can be incorporated into an individual's custom exercise programming. This plan is offered weekly (once a week), bi-weekly (2 times a week), and triweekly (3 times a week).
